Arun G has worked in the talent acquisition field since 2013. Arun began their career at First Source as an Associate in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Intellisoft Technologies Inc. as an IT Recruiter. In 2016, they joined Trident Consulting Inc. and has held two roles there, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist - Lead.

Arun G completed their Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree from St. Joseph's College of Engineering, Chennai between 2009 and 2012. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree from KSR College Arts and Science, Erode between 2006 and 2009, with a focus on Computer Application.
