Julian Uribe

Julian Uribe is an accomplished professional in the petroleum engineering field with a diverse background in offshore production and process engineering. Currently serving as Offshore Production Superintendent and Offshore Process Engineer at Trident Energy since May 2021, Julian has extensive experience in optimizing engineering processes and developing machine learning algorithms tailored for the oil and gas industry. Prior roles include consultancy work at the Texas A&M University Graduate Student Consulting Club and a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University, where significant contributions were made towards production optimization and data analytics. Prior experience as a Production Engineer at PetroSantander included completion design optimizations and environmental solutions that resulted in operational cost reductions. Julian holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander.
