Kanwal Babber is an experienced professional in customer service management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Trident Realty since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kanwal held the same position at Emaar India from October 2018 to February 2022. Kanwal's extensive career in customer service began at Idea Cellular Ltd, where responsibilities as Senior General Manager were undertaken from June 2002 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager in Credit and Collections at Standard Chartered Bank from December 1996 to June 2002. Kanwal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), completed in 1997.
