Charlee-Ben Ryman is a seasoned professional in the cyber security recruitment industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and COO of Trident Search since August 2020. Under Charlee-Ben's leadership, Trident Search has established itself as the only global search and build firm in cyber security, successfully completing over 1,000 searches and partnering with more than 160 organizations. Prior to this, Charlee-Ben was a Senior Consultant at Blackthorn Trace from June 2018 to February 2020, focusing on cyber security for various enterprises, including security consultancies and MSSPs. In addition to experience in cyber security, Charlee-Ben has a background in personal training and life coaching, and served as a submariner in the Royal Navy from June 2011 to February 2018.
