Jimmy Reyes is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in recruiting across various industries, particularly in the aeronautics and IT sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at General Atomics since February 2023, Jimmy has previously held senior recruitment roles at HackerOne and BAE Systems, Inc. Additionally, experience at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems involved identifying qualified candidates, including retiring military personnel. Previous positions include IT Corporate Recruiter at USAC and IT Recruiter at TAD PGS, where strategic partnerships with management were key in fulfilling staffing needs. Early career experiences as a Technical Recruiter at Kforce Inc. and internships in international affairs and media further developed skills in research, communication, and relationship management. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Radford University.
