Margherita Genovese is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, and compliance. Currently serving as Group CFO at Trifarma since January 2018, Margherita previously held the role of International FP&A and CoE Lead at Zoetis Inc. from November 2012 to December 2017, where responsibilities included leading financial consolidation, supporting regional teams, and managing teams across multiple centers of excellence. Prior to Zoetis, Margherita worked at Pfizer from March 2001 to 2012, progressing from Finance Manager to Head of EU Finance for the Specialty Care Business Unit, overseeing P&L reporting, financial integration during acquisitions, and providing strategic financial support to regional teams. Margherita holds an MBA from Università di Torino and a degree in Economics with a focus on Marketing from Sapienza Università di Roma.
