Pieter-Jan Spans

Pieter-Jan Spans is a seasoned professional in the field of human development with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Care Manager and Business Consultant at TriFinance Belgium since September 2010, Pieter-Jan focuses on fostering human development within the organization, which boasts over 500 employees. Prior to TriFinance, Pieter-Jan worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Itelco from February 2008 to September 2010, where responsibilities included attracting candidates and building client relationships to understand recruitment needs. Pieter-Jan also gained valuable experience as an HR & Finance Assistant at Microsoft BeLux from November 2006 to January 2008, supporting HR and finance functions. Pieter-Jan holds a Master’s degree in Translation from Erasmushogeschool Brussel, specializing in French and Spanish.
