With over 20 years of experience in product development, project management, and process optimization, I am a passionate product professional with a wealth of expertise in Hyperautomation and GenAI. Holding multiple certifications, including Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, Certified PRINCE2 Project Manager, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, I possess a well-rounded skill set that allows me to tackle complex projects efficiently.

I bring over 15 years of experience in product development, more than 12 years in project management, and 8+ years as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. My proven track record includes successful rapid prototype development and a knack for creating cross-functional and self-organizing teams. I have led projects that built e-commerce platforms, managed content platforms, and developed related infrastructure.

In addition to my technical skills, I am an astute professional with over two decades of experience in product management, training, quality, transition & operations management, customer relationship management, process improvements, change management, process re-engineering, and project management. I am an effective communicator with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, complemented by a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and my background as a startup founder.

My expertise extends to banking and finance, specifically credit lending operations for wealth and corporate banking, as well as exposure to mortgage and retail operations with debt collection and credit cycle management. I have a deep understanding of Robotic Process Automation and am experienced in business improvement and simplification.

Currently serving as the Global Head & AVP for GenAI and Program Management at Trigent Software Inc., I am driven by a passion for Hyperautomation and exceptional customer relationship management. My role involves leveraging GenAI to develop innovative solutions and drive business transformation.
