Marylou Kupfer is an accomplished professional with experience in strategic management and operations. Currently serving as the Strategy & Innovation Director at Tiko since December 2019, Marylou has previously held roles including Strategy Manager at Tiko and Consultant at Vera Solutions, a social enterprise focused on enhancing data-driven decision-making for social sector organizations. Marylou's career also includes positions as Global Operations Lead and Project Manager at Tiko, and a Product Development Intern at the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Strategic Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate bilingual diploma from Casablanca American School.
