Melissa H. is a seasoned Project Leader in IT with extensive experience in project management, particularly within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Project Lead at TriHealth since March 2024, Melissa previously held senior project management roles at Nordic Global and Mercy Health, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver projects on time and within budget across various lifecycle phases. With additional expertise in quality assurance gained as Director of Quality Assurance at Ascendum Solutions, and significant experience in managing QA teams at Humana and Accu-Med Services, Melissa has cultivated a strong foundation in IT management and operational excellence. Melissa holds a BS in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Business Informatics from Northern Kentucky University.
