Mike Canterbury has a wide range of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Mike began their career at TRW as a Manufacturing Engineer before progressing to roles such as Manufacturing Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. During this time, they oversaw operations in multiple plants, coordinated outsourcing projects, and led improvement processes that resulted in increased productivity and decreased inventory. Mike later worked as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at TRW (Kelsey Hayes), developing training material for lean workshops and using Theory of Constraints to drive Lean activities across the company. Mike also has experience as a Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Eberspaecher, where they guided advanced manufacturing engineering activities and administered budgets for equipment purchases. Additionally, they have provided engineering and manufacturing consulting services as a self-employed consultant. Most recently, Mike has held roles at Trijicon, Inc., including Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and Director of Manufacturing Operations.

Mike Canterbury attended Michigan Technological University from 1987 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
