Melissa Restrepo

Melissa Restrepo is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as People Experience Manager at Trilliant since March 2021, Melissa has previously held positions as Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator within the same company. Prior experience includes being an Administrative & HR Support Analyst at Broker Builder Solutions, along with roles at Brother International Corporation, Synechron, and Future Project LLC, where responsibilities ranged from operational support to developing interventions for youths. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandeis University in 2015.
