Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Trillium Flow Technologies since October 2021, Chad manages the commercial contract department and oversees legal matters for North America, collaborating with various internal stakeholders on compliance and advancement of company interests. Previous roles include Legal Counsel for Maricopa Orchards, LLC, where focus was on commercial contracts and corporate governance, and founding Managing Partner at Matson Casey LLP, providing a wide range of legal services to business clients. Chad's legal career also encompasses positions at Encore Capital Group, Strategic Legal Practices, and Advanced Orthopedic Center, with a strong foundation in litigation, compliance, and transactional matters. Chad holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Albion College.
