Trillium Health Partners Foundation is dedicated to raising the critical funds needed to address the highest priority needs of Trillium Health Partners (THP), a leading hospital in the West GTA. Comprised of Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga Hospital and Queensway Health Centre, THP is one of the largest community-based, academically affiliated acute care facilities in Canada serving one of the fastest growing populations in the country. THP’s mission is to create a new kind of health care for a healthier community, building an inter-connected system of care organized around the patient, both inside the hospital and beyond its walls. To ensure THP can achieve its mission, the Foundation relies on community support. Each year, our hospital sees over 1.75 million patient visits and in the next 20 years this number is set to grow by 45%. The generosity of supporters and friends, is key to ensure we can keep up with the demand of our growing and aging population. We are committed to redeveloping and expanding patient facilities, acquiring life-saving technologies and supporting practical innovations through applied research and education, to continue delivering the exceptional care – close to home – our community relies on.
