Scott Jarrett

Scott Jarrett is the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Administration Officer at Trillium Health Partners (THP). He is an outcome focused leader with a commitment to clinical excellence and a successful track record of leading change and innovation.

Prior to joining THP, Scott was EVP and Chief of Clinical Programs at Humber River Hospital (HRH) where he spent 13 years leading and influencing several change management initiatives. Most recently, he was involved in redeveloping Reactivation Care Centres where multiple hospitals can provide specialized restorative care to patients in the same building. He also helped to develop plans for a new nursing home, research centre, and future hospital. Scott was also accountable for the Northwestern Toronto Ontario Health Team, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and the achievement of HRH’s Post-Construction Operating Plan targets that resulted in funding and volume optimization.

Before joining HRH Scott spent over 14 years using his strong analytical, financial planning and evaluation skills to help empower staff decision-making and team cooperation at a number of health care organizations in Ontario.
