Drury Fulcher, M.Ed., SPHR, serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director at Trillium Health Resources since June 2021. Previously, Drury held the position of Director of Training and Development at Brady from October 2019 to January 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing training programs across various business segments and successfully executing an LMS migration that saved the company $25,000 annually. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of People Development at Advanced Home Care and Director of Education at Living Arts Institute@School of Communication Arts. Drury holds a Master of Education in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision from the American Public University System and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Trillium Health Resources manages specialty behavioral health care for eastern North Carolinians across 28 counties.
