Aman Jha

Aman Jha has extensive experience in recruitment and resource management, currently serving as the Recruitment Lead at Trilyon, Inc. since August 2025. Previously, Aman held the position of Associate Resource Manager at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. from March 2024 to August 2025, and worked as a Technical Recruiter at Net2Source Inc. from January 2023 to March 2024, a rapidly growing global workforce solutions company. Aman's experience also includes serving as a Sr. US Recruiter at Innova Solutions and as a Recruiter at IMS Group prior to that. Aman began a career as a Graduate Engineer at RIPL/GCPL, providing services for Caterpillar machinery used in coal production for the Aditya Birla group. Aman holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, obtained in 2015.
