Joe Mastroianni

Joe Mastroianni possesses extensive experience in cloud governance and operations, currently serving as Director, Cloud Governance and Distinguished Engineer at Trimble Inc. since October 2009. Mastroianni leads strategic initiatives in FinOps, vendor management, and enterprise cloud management, driving significant cost savings and operational efficiencies while ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC2. Additionally, Mastroianni has made substantial contributions to cloud architecture and DevOps practices, mentoring global teams through transitions to modern microservices architectures. Outside of Trimble, Mastroianni is a podcast producer known for producing content related to PC game history and literature, demonstrating a diverse skill set that encompasses both technical and creative pursuits. Mastroianni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Concordia University.
