Kelly Main

Kelly Main, PsyD, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global Talent Management at Trimble Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing a diverse team primarily composed of software and hardware engineers, as well as coordinating cross-functional partnerships. Kelly has extensive experience in talent management, having built comprehensive performance management systems and leadership development programs. Prior to Trimble, roles included positions at Express Scripts and gravitytank, focusing on organizational development and change management. Kelly's educational background includes a PsyD in Business Psychology from The Chicago School, an MA in Speech and Interpersonal Communication from New York University, and a BA in Psychology, Business, and Women's Studies from Chatham University.
