Boris Bukengolts

Boris Bukengolts serves as the Chief Delivery Officer at Trinetix since November 2023, focusing on technology delivery globalization to minimize costs and enhance on-demand elasticity. As a co-founder of Emergest, a global alliance of digital and creative agencies, Boris is committed to building innovative solutions across various industries. Prior to this, Boris spent over a decade at Deloitte, where roles included Digital Innovation Delivery Leader, overseeing relationship and budget management, and Channel Leader for Digital Experience, leading design delivery for technology initiatives. A background in software engineering spans several companies, including Schneider Electric and Square D, where Boris managed software development processes and led multi-disciplinary teams. Boris holds an MBA in Leadership from Lipscomb University and a BBA in Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University.
