Currently serving as a Member of the Board at Intelex Insight since February 2023, Hegle contributes to a leading business analytics and data science company in the Baltics. As Chief Innovation Officer and Partner at Trinidad Wiseman since June 2008, Hegle has been instrumental in developing the company's innovation area, strategy, and project management, as well as establishing partnerships with educational institutions. Additional roles include being a Member of UX Fellows and a Lecturer in UX/UI at Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences, alongside previous teaching at Tallinn University of Technology.
