Paul Murphy

Paul Murphy is the Group Head of Financial Reporting at Trinity Biotech since December 2024. Previously, Paul served as Finance Director at The Happy Pear from April 2017 to January 2025, where responsibilities included oversight of financial, HR, legal, and IT functions as a key member of the Board of Directors. Prior experience includes a tenure at PwC from September 2008 to April 2017, advancing from Trainee to Audit Senior Manager, managing a diverse portfolio of private and public clients across various sectors. Paul holds an Associate Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies from University College Dublin.
