Derval Kennedy

Derval Kennedy is the Founder and Non-Executive Director of StratAdept, where Derval has significantly contributed to strategy design and people-centred transformation since August 2014. With extensive experience in advising SMEs on strategy and business transformation through roles at Enterprise Ireland, Derval has also served as an Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Trinity College Dublin, specializing in strategy and digital transformation. In addition to board membership at Cheeverstown House, Derval has held key positions at various prestigious consulting firms, including Archtexx, Innovation Value Institute, and Fujitsu. Derval's academic background includes a Master's degree in Strategy & Organisation Behaviour from Trinity College Dublin and an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
