Taryn Guy

Taryn Guy serves as the Regional Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Trinity Health since January 2019, where responsibilities include advancing the organization's DEII Strategic Plan and collaborating with senior leaders to implement system-wide initiatives. Concurrently, Taryn has held the position of Director of Market Strategy and Planning at Mercy Health System since October 2009, focusing on developing strategies to enhance revenues through comprehensive market research and analytics. Previous roles include Manager of Communications and Public Affairs for SUPERVALU, where Taryn acted as spokesperson for Acme Markets, and Public Relations Manager at Comcast, overseeing media communications in New Jersey. Taryn holds a Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma from Penn State University and a Master's in Communication/Public Relations from New York University, along with a Bachelor's in Rehabilitation Services from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
