Jaimelynn Drake

JaimeLynn Drake is an experienced healthcare professional with a solid background in physical therapy and management. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Trinity Health Of New England since November 2024, JaimeLynn previously held roles including Site Supervisor/Physical Therapist at Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network and Clinic Director at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy. From 2002 to 2020, JaimeLynn managed the Physical Therapy Department at Connecticut Children's, a position that was recently eliminated. Additional experience includes roles in public school systems and at Easter Seals.
