Lisa Bevington

Lisa Bevington, Psy.D., serves as the Director of Learning & Organizational Change at Trinity Industries, Inc. since August 2017, where Lisa provides consultative services in change management and organization effectiveness, developing targeted change management plans. Lisa also owns New Spaces Coaching & Consulting, offering expertise in talent management and learning development strategies. Previously, Lisa held roles such as Leadership Development Instructor at the Employee Training Institute and Director at Phillips Graduate Institute, focusing on employee professional development and organizational management. Lisa holds a Psy.D. in Organization Management & Consulting from Phillips Graduate University, a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Loma Linda University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Pepperdine University.
