Michael Weinberg

Michael Weinberg, CPA, currently serves as the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Trinity Industries, Inc. since 2017. In this role, Michael has focused on researching and summarizing accounting and financial reporting implications related to complex transactions, preparation of financial statements, and compliance with SEC regulations. Prior to this position, Michael held various managerial roles at Energy Future Holdings from 2007 to 2016, including Manager of Accounting, Manager of Risk, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Accounting Specialist. Michael earned a B.B.A. in Production and Operations Management from the University of North Texas.
