Carlie Crouch began their work experience in 2008 as an Activities Manager at Orient-Express. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Choptank Transport as a Corporate Training Manager. In 2016, Carlie joined Perdue Farms as a Learning and Development Manager, eventually progressing to the roles of Regional Learning and Development Manager and Senior Learning and Development Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Management at Trinity Logistics, a position they have held since July 2022.
Carlie Crouch obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications over the years. These include becoming a Drive Results with Talent Certified from PI Midlantic in October 2022, a Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from ADP in May 2022, a Certified Birkman Consultant from Birkman in December 2017, a Crucial Conversations Facilitator from VitalSmarts in October 2016, and a Certified Transportation Broker from the Transportation Intermediaries Association in July 2014.
