Laura started their career at Lowe's Home Improvement as a Sales Specialist in the Contractor Sales department, where they gained valuable skills in customer service, communication, relationship building, and salesmanship. Laura then moved on to Trinity Logistics, where they held various roles including Account Manager and Director of Operations with a focus on design solutions implementation. In these roles, they provided excellent customer service, planned shipments, secured trucks, and made recommendations to improve efficiencies and cost savings for clients.
