Laura started their career at Lowe's Home Improvement as a Sales Specialist in the Contractor Sales department, where they gained valuable skills in customer service, communication, relationship building, and salesmanship. Laura then moved on to Trinity Logistics, where they held various roles including Account Manager and Director of Operations with a focus on design solutions implementation. In these roles, they provided excellent customer service, planned shipments, secured trucks, and made recommendations to improve efficiencies and cost savings for clients. Laura is tech-savvy and was also responsible for integrating clients' ERPs with the company's on-demand TMS. Laura Willey attended Chesapeake College from 1996 to 2002, where they studied Computer Science. Following that, they pursued a BA degree in English (Writing and Rhetoric) at Salisbury University from 2002 to 2004. Later on, from 2008 to 2013, Laura studied Graphic Design and earned a BA degree at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
