David Townsend serves as the Managing Partner in Raleigh, NC, and the Regional Director of Construction Services for Trinity Partners since September 2009, overseeing general contracting services that include interior renovations and landlord/tenant buildouts. With a strong background in commercial real estate, David previously held roles from Project Manager to Managing Director at Advantis Commercial Real Estate Services from September 1996 to July 2009, managing operations in property management and construction. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from Randolph-Macon College between 1975 and 1979.
