Christina Cooley

Christina Cooley is a dedicated academic in the field of chemistry, currently serving as an Associate Professor at Trinity University since July 2015, after previously holding the position of Assistant Professor. Cooley's extensive research experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at The Scripps Research Institute from 2011 to 2015, focusing on chemical and molecular biology with an emphasis on protein misfolding disorders and the unfolded protein response. Prior academic roles include serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Stanford University, where Cooley earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Hendrix College and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, contributing to various organic chemistry and neurobiology projects. Cooley holds a B.A. in Chemistry and Music from Hendrix College.
