Steven Romanelli

Steven Romanelli, PhD, currently serves as an Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant at Trinity Life Sciences since August 2021, while also acting as an External Advisor for miLEAD Consulting since September 2022. Previously, Steven worked as a Student Consultant at miLEAD Consulting from September 2016 to May 2019, leading the organization as president during that time. Steven gained valuable experience as a Contract Research Scientist at MedImmune in summer 2018, participating in a three-month international internship through the NIH Cellular Biotechnology Training Program, where work focused on formulating lipid nanoparticles for nucleic acid delivery. Steven earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular & Integrative Physiology from the University of Michigan Medical School in 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Chemistry from Fordham University in 2016 after graduating from Xavier High School in Middletown, CT, in 2012.
