In addition to this role, Micha holds multiple titles as Partner in Learning, Development, and Performance at various companies, including Trinnovo Consulting, Broadgate, DeepRec.ai, and Trust In SODA. Micha's prior experience includes serving as a Senior Digital Consultant at Tribe Recruitment and as an Executive Consultant and Account Director at Signature Recruitment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology and Human Development from The University of Waikato, a Health Coach degree from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and completion of the ICF Leadership Coaching Programme at Actual Impact.
