Alexandra Knobel

Alexandra Knobel is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead HR Information Systems Analyst at Trinseo since February 2021, where responsibilities include systems implementation, troubleshooting, and data analysis. Previously, Alexandra held the position of HR Information Systems Analyst at Rocket Software from 2017 to 2020, managing the HRIS for 1,400 global employees. Additional experience includes roles as an Assistant Coach for Varsity Fencing at Concord Carlisle High School, Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator at Rocket Software, and Research Assistant at Lafayette College. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Anthropology, and Sociology from Lafayette College, along with participation in the International Honors Program through the School of International Training in 2013.
