Erik Johnson

Erik Johnson currently serves as the Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Trinseo, a position held since January 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing securities, corporate governance, M&A activities, and supporting various corporate finance functions. Erik Johnson began his legal career as a Corporate Associate at Lowenstein Sandler LLP from September 2003 to March 2007, focusing on public and private securities offerings and compliance with stock exchange regulations. Erik Johnson earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Rutgers University.
