Lisa Abrams

Lisa Abrams is an experienced HR professional specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Currently serving as the HR Director for Global Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures at Trinseo since July 2022, Lisa has previously held significant roles such as Senior HR Project Manager for M&A at FLIR Systems and various positions at L3Harris Technologies, including HR Integration for the M&A, IMS Segment and M&A Integration Lead for the Maritime Sector. Prior experience also includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Hotel Northampton. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and an Associate's degree in Marketing from Santa Barbara City College.
