Katinka Kaal

Katinka Kaal has extensive experience in the legal and financial sectors, currently serving as a Supervision Officer in the Asset Management Supervision Division at Autoriteit Financiële Markten since March 2018. Prior to this role, Katinka worked at Allen & Overy LLP from April 2004 to February 2018 as a Transaction Executive in International Capital Markets, and held positions as a Senior Paralegal in Corporate Law and a Legal PA. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Legal Advisor on international claims at Inter Partner Assistance SA. Katinka holds multiple degrees from the University of Amsterdam, including an LLM in Dutch Private Law and an LLB in Dutch Law, as well as a degree in Financial Law from Grotius Academie. Additional education includes studies in European Studies and Spanish language and culture with early foundational studies in Dutch law.
