Prateek Modi has a diverse work experience in various roles related to healthcare delivery, recruitment, and account management. Prateek started their career as an IT Technical Recruiter at Vinayak infotech in 2010 and later worked as an IT Recruiter at Apidel Technologies. Prateek then moved on to Collabera Inc as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. After that, they worked at Rangam Consultants Inc as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead/Account Manager. Prateek then joined Softnice Inc as an Account Manager - Service Delivery. Following that, they joined Greenstaff Medical USA as an Account Service Delivery personnel. Prateek worked at Cynet Health as a Sr. Recruitment Strategy/ Delivery Manager before joining Diverse Lynx as a Healthcare Delivery Head. Currently, Prateek is serving as the Sr. Healthcare Delivery Head at TriOptus.

Prateek Modi completed their education in various institutions and fields of study. Prateek attended Maharani English Medium School from 2005 to 2006, where they received a degree in Commerce with a focus on Educational Statistics and Research Methods. Prateek then moved on to Maharani High Schools from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Higher Secondary degree with a specialization in Commerce, educational statistics, and research methods.

In 2009, Prateek enrolled in M.S.U and C.I.M - Canada Affiliation, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration, Aviation, and Hospitality Management. Prateek successfully completed their studies in this field in 2014.

Additionally, Prateek obtained a certification in Hospitality and Aviation from the C.I.M institution in March 2009.
