Anja Jia

Anja (Ruiyuan) Jia is a seasoned professional in client success and human resources, currently serving as the General Manager of Client Success for East China at Trip.com Group. Previously, Anja held multiple roles at ATG (AllStars Travel Group), including APAC Regional Business Manager and Human Resources Manager for the WHQ in the United States. Anja's experience also encompasses positions such as HR Intern at WHQ in the US, Human Resources and Marketing Intern at Zhongda (Hong Kong) Futures Limited, and Recruitment Consultant at Great China International. Anja earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Sichuan International Studies University.
