Amanda Poon

Amanda Poon has over 15 years of experience in customer relations and travel consultation. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Relations Manager at Tripadvisor since December 2012, Amanda has progressed through various roles, including Customer Relations Manager and Team Lead, demonstrating strong leadership and customer service skills. Prior to Tripadvisor, Amanda worked at Esplanade Travel from September 2008 to October 2012 as a Senior Travel Consultant in the Latin America Department, where responsibilities included creating custom itineraries and managing vendor relations. Earlier experience includes an editorial role at Cambridge Brickhouse, where Amanda worked on bilingual educational materials, and a position as an English Assistant at the Ministero de Educación y Ciencia de España, focusing on teaching English and integrating American culture into the classroom. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
