Chi-Jia (Ivy) Chen is a seasoned professional in growth marketing analytics with extensive experience in developing statistical models and strategic marketing initiatives. Currently serving as a Growth Marketing Analytics Manager at Tripadvisor since February 2022, Ivy previously held multiple roles at Merkle, including Senior Analytics Manager, where significant accomplishments included enhancing campaign response rates and cost savings. Ivy's analytics expertise extends back to a role as Lead Analyst, overseeing the development of response models and business reporting. Ivy holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Economics from National Taiwan University.
