Greg O’Hara

Mr. O’Hara founded Certares Management LLC in 2012 and serves as its Senior Managing Director, as the Head of its Investment Committee and as a member of its Management Committee. Mr. O’Hara serves as the Executive Chairman of American Express Global Business Travel, as the Vice Chairman of the Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings board of directors and as a director of Travel Leaders Group, The Innocence Project, Mystic Invest, World Travel & Tourism Council and Certares Holdings LLC. Prior to forming Certares Management LLC, Mr. O’Hara served as Chief Investment Officer of JPMorgan Chase’s Special Investments Group and as a Managing Director of One Equity Partners, the private equity arm of JPMorgan. Mr. O’Hara also served as Executive Vice President and a director of Worldspan. Greg received his Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University.
