Jacob Norton

Jacob Norton has a diverse range of work experience. Jacob most recently worked at Tripadvisor as the Director of Pricing Strategy starting in April 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Amazon, including Head of Pricing - Amazon Global Logistics and Manager, Seller Fees from May 2020 to March 2023. Prior to their time at Amazon, they worked at Bridge Partners as the Director of Resource Management from July 2019 to February 2020. Jacob also has experience at Expedia Group as a Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Development from November 2017 to April 2019. Before entering the private sector, Jacob served in the US Navy, holding positions such as Operations Advisor, Training Officer and Interim Operations Officer, and Communications Officer from July 2008 to September 2013.

Jacob Norton earned a Bachelor's degree in Regional Studies (Islamic World) from Georgetown University, graduating in 2008. In 2007, they briefly studied Arabic Language and Literature at The American University in Cairo. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Jacob completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
