Clare Barnes

Clare Barnes is a Director at TripleTree focused on supporting the firm’s new business development, client engagement, and transaction execution activities. Additional responsibilities include market research and industry trend analysis.

Prior to joining TripleTree, Clare spent eight years at Piper Jaffray advising Medical Technology companies on M&A and equity transactions in the healthcare investment banking group. Prior to Piper Jaffray, Clare worked in public finance at Grant Thornton where she focused on tax-exempt and taxable financings for nonprofit healthcare institutions.

Clare earned a B.S.B. in Accounting and Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the Junior League of Minneapolis and the Lake Minnetonka Daughters of the American Revolution Chapter.
