Incorporated in the Republic of Singapore, TRIREC is an investment holding company with key focus on renewable energy and clean technology. 

TRIREC was first conceived out of the capital raising restriction and challenges faced by a number of high potential cleantech and renewable firms. The structure and mandates of conventional investment fund/financial institution make it difficult for such entities to adapt to the business model and capital needs of such firms. The Founding Team of TRIREC is involved in and familiar with such restrictions and challenges and is able to provide the required expertise and resources to these firms.
