Matthew Klim

Matthew Klim is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in inside sales and investment operations. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at TriState Capital Bank since March 2025, Matthew previously held multiple roles at Federated Hermes from July 2021 to March 2025, including Global Investment Operations Analyst and Proposal Specialist. Earlier experience includes a Business Analyst Internship at FRANK'S LANDSCAPING SERVICES LLC, where Matthew contributed to business growth through social media, branding, and supply chain improvements during the Summer 2020 Pandemic. Matthew holds a degree from Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business and has participated in international educational programs through CIEE and ESCI-UPF.
