Michel Esper Saad, Jr.

Michel Esper Saad Junior holds a degree in Economics, in 1971, and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration, in 1974, both from Universidade Mackenzie. Mr. Michel Esper Saad Junior worked during 11 years at Rainha – Indústria de Tênis, whose main activity was the manufacturing of Sport Shoes and was sold to Alpargatas in 1979, where he held the position of Commercial Director responsible for developing strategies, elaborating and analyzing costs and implementing the Company’s commercial and economic policies and guidelines. He is a founding partner of Incosul Incorporação e Construção Ltda., a company part of the Company’s same economic group and whose main activity is the execution of real estate projects, where he holds the positions of Incorporation Director and Commercial Director, being mainly responsible for defining the company’s political strategy and determining, along with the management team, the best way to achieve the pre-established objectives and goals. He is also responsible for elaborating and implementing trade and economic policies and guidelines, including long-term strategies. He is also a founding partner of real estate companies Jardim Novo Mundo Construções e Empreendimentos Imobiliários S/C Ltda., Uniplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários Ltda. and Incopart Empreendimentos Imobiliários Ltda., companies whose main activities are real estate development and construction, where he is the CEO and responsible for negotiating the acquisition of new land and equity interests, in addition to overlooking the general management routines and equity interests. He is currently Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors and Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee.
