Julie Wu

Julie Wu is an experienced technical content manager currently employed at Tritium® since February 2021, where roles have included Technical Content Manager, Interim Technical Content Manager, and Senior Technical Writer. Prior to Tritium®, Julie Wu worked at Red Hat from May 2012 to September 2018, progressing from Associate Technical Writer to Senior Technical Writer, managing documentation releases and collaborating with stakeholders. Earlier, Julie Wu provided guest services at Tangalooma Island Resort from August 2010 to April 2012, focusing on customer service and translation. Julie Wu holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology and a Master's degree in Chinese Translation & Interpreting from The University of Queensland.
