Michael A. Badame

Michael A. Badame serves as the Assistant Chief Operating Engineer at the Chicago Department of Aviation, overseeing operations at O'Hare and Midway International Airports since August 2008. Alongside this role, Michael has been an Adjunct Professor at Triton College since June 2011, teaching Facility Management and Operations. Prior experience includes positions as a Facilities Operating Engineer at Tishman Speyer, where responsibilities involved the operations and maintenance of a 36-story office skyscraper, and U.S. Equities Realty, focusing on the Chicago Public Libraries Central Hub. Michael A. Badame is currently pursuing a Co-Terminal BINTM/MITO degree in Industrial Technology and Management at the Illinois Institute of Technology, expected to graduate in July 2024, and holds an Associate of Applied Science in Stationary Engineering from Triton College.
