Susan Rohde Ms

Susan Rohde, MS, MA, currently serves as the Director of Professional Development at Triton College since March 2019, and as a Clinical Research Coordinator in pediatric neurology at Rush University Medical Center since March 2012. Susan also facilitates courses for the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago for individuals preparing for PHR and SPHR certification. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Roosevelt University, where responsibilities spanned employee and labor relations, staff training and development, and teaching as adjunct faculty. Susan began her career as the Director of Leadership Development at TCI of Chicago, overseeing staff development across multiple offices. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Resources and a Master of Arts in Training and Development from Roosevelt University, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University, and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from DePaul University.
